Why do I need Magnesium?
There are SO many wonderful health properties to Magnesium! Including support for aches, pains, muscle tension, restless legs, cramps, migraines, insomnia, constipation, PMS, stress, anxiety, nervousness, calms the mind, respiratory support, heart health, bladder support, bone health and more!
Transdermal (on the skin) application - just like our Magnesium Spray and Magnesium Cream - is one of the easiest ways to up your Magnesium intake without accidentally over doing it, as the body will only absorb what it needs.
Calm - Copaiba and Lavender Essential Oils 125ml
Lavender - Can support stress and anxiety, nervous tension, pain management, skin irritations, restful sleep and calm muscle tension.
Copaiba - Can support pain management, inflammation, muscle tension, respiratory support, improve mood, support immune system and can lower blood pressure.
CONTAINS: Magnesium Chloride, Aqua (Water), Copaifera Officinalis (Copaiba) Essential Oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil.
Uplift - Bergamot and Lemongrass Essential Oils 125ml
Bergamot - Can support depression, agitation, emotional stress, colic, mental stress, poor energy levels, arthritis and PMS.
Lemongrass - Can support pain management, sprains and strains, cramps, mental fatigue, tissue repair, varicose veins, bladder support and joint support.
CONTAINS: Magnesium Chloride, Aqua (Water), Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil.
Are there any side effects?
Sometimes the skin can tingle / itch after application of magnesium oils, sprays and creams. The reason for this can be because the pH levels of magnesium is quite high compared to the skin. Also, it is believed that the tingle can be present if the body is quite deficient in magnesium. The more you use it, the less you should feel it. If it is too irritating you can try applying a moisturiser to the skin first or applying 20 minutes (that's how long it takes for the magnesium to absorb into your body) before a shower then washing off. Our magnesium cream is made for sensitive skin and has no essential oils, so you can try this also. Please consult a doctor before using if pregnant or before using on children (we recommend using the magnesium cream for kids over 2 with a doctor's OK.) If irritation persists, please cease use.
